On Friday, I took a road trip with my friend to LA. We made some snacks for the road. Janine, my friend made kale chips! At first I did not think I would like them, but they were so tasty. The chips tasted like potato chips! When I got back from our trip I went to the grocery store and bought some kale and made the chips. They were so easy and they taste SO good!
A head of kale
olive oil
salt
Cut the steam (the hard middle part) out of the kale and toss with olive oil and salt. Place on baking sheet and bake in a 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. ENJOY!
